After having my fair share of "junk" rooms, "stuff" languishing in sheds and garages as well as paying for self-contained storage I decided to board out my loft. After a couple of friends saw the results and asked me to do their loft, then a few friends of friends, a fledgling business was born. Please ignore the fact that this blog isn't updated weekly (no need) i am still active!

Looking at the prices other firms charge I can seriously undercut them as their prices are very high compared to the time and cost of materials and yes I do have a day job so am not reliant on this to pay the mortgage. However, I do not skimp on materials and only use 18mm tongue and groove loft boards designed for the job.

As well as loft boarding I can offer a loft insulation service using pukka 200mm thick insulation. Other people may use skimpy 100mm thick rolls so make sure you compare the same materials. It's all very well having a summer weight duvet on your bed but I believe your loft should be nice and cosy!

Loft ladders are no problem as well. Sadly, new regulations restrict the installation of electrical items so I cannot offer a light-fitting service any more.

Why not give me a call or drop me an email for a no-obligation quote. I only offer fixed price quotes so you can be assure the quoted price is the price you pay. I ask for no payment up front which is your guarantee that I will carry the work out to your satisfaction.

Price list -
100sq ft of 18mm tongue and groove flooring - £200 (considering a 6'x4' shed from B&Q will cost you £100 and only provide 24sq ft of storage this is great value.
Each additional 100sq ft of flooring - £150
Aluminium loft ladder fitted from £80-£200 depending on roof void space available and ladder selection.
200mm Thick loft insulation - £400 for each 400sq ft (A 3 bed detached typically has about 600sq ft)

If you are in the Wokingham area give me a call for your no obligation quote. I hope to hear from you soon, please call on 07753 654974.
